1. Shipping & Handling
Dispatch time: 3–7 business days after purchase (we source items in Japan, then ship).
Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days (varies by country and carrier).
Carriers: Japan Post (EMS/Airmail), DHL, FedEx — automatically chosen based on size, weight, and destination.
Tracking: provided within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Signature & insurance: required for orders over USD 400 (or equivalent).

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT and other taxes are the responsibility of the buyer (DDU terms).
We declare the full actual value of the item and cannot mark as gift or under-declare.
Buyer is responsible for import clearance in their country. If customs seizes or returns the item due to local restrictions, we can only refund the item price minus shipping (and minus any return costs).
3. Returns & Refunds
US / UK / EU buyers: returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery (per consumer law and eBay policy).
Other regions: returns handled case-by-case — please contact us first.
Returned items must be in the same condition and with all original accessories.
Who pays return shipping:
Buyer pays, unless the item is not as described or arrived damaged — then seller covers return costs.
Refund of original shipping:
Not refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, not as described).
Claims for damage or “not as described” must be made within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Address changes: not possible after purchase (per eBay rules). If the address is wrong, please cancel and repurchase with the correct one.
Cancellations: requests accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After processing starts, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or refusal to pay duties/taxes, the buyer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
5. Item Condition & Photos
All items are authentic Japan-market products.
Condition is listed as new / used / vintage as shown in photos.
Photos are of the actual item (unless otherwise stated).
Used/vintage items are sold as-is. Normal age-related wear (scratches, discoloration, small marks) is not a defect unless described.
Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.
Only the accessories shown in the photos or described are included.
Some items may ship without installed batteries or with carrier restrictions due to airline safety rules.
Japan-market items may not have manufacturer warranty outside Japan.
6. Authenticity (Luxury Items)
Eligible luxury items (e.g. watches, handbags) will be shipped via eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee program where available.
In such cases, the item is sent first to an independent authenticator, then forwarded to the buyer.
We only list luxury items when full proof of authenticity can be provided.
7. Combined Shipping
We can combine shipping for items shipped together from Japan.
Please contact us before purchase for a combined shipping quote.
If you purchase first, we will refund any excess postage where possible.
8. Payment
Payment must be made via eBay-approved methods only.
Orders are dispatched after payment clears.
9. Packaging
All items are shipped in secure, export-safe packaging.
Items may be repacked to reduce volumetric weight while keeping them safe.
10. Regions We Do Not Ship To
We do not ship to embargoed or high-risk destinations.
If your country is excluded at checkout, the order cannot be fulfilled.
